1. What is your favorite activity to do in Austin? There is so much to do and explore in Austin, but my favorite activities are going thrifting at various places around the city and finding cute coffee shops to try out.
2. What is one meal in Austin that everyone absolutely has to try at least once in their lives?
As someone who grew up in New York and knows good pizza, I honestly really enjoy the pizza from both Pizza Press and Roppolo's which are both close to campus!
3. Where is your favorite place to study? During my freshman year, my favorite place to study was, honestly, my dorms basement laundry room--I know it's kind of silly. But now, I would probably say that my favorite place to study would be the upstairs section of the SAC if it's not full.
4. What is your favorite way to de-stress? My favorite way to destress is by hanging out with friends, or doing crafts like crocheting or embroidery.
5. One piece of advice for incoming freshmen: My biggest piece of advice for incoming freshmen is not to rush anything, and to take more time for yourself than you think you probably need. School or friends can end up catching up to you really fast, especially in the middle of the semester and sometimes it is necessary to say no to certain things which you should never feel bad about.
